riteria to fulfil – Must sign promise-form committing to raise a minimum £1,250 and to wearing the official
LUPUS UK running vest/T-shirt during the event.
A recent photo is also required.

Must be able to organise own travel and stopover in London – possible for Runners local to Dudley area to travel with the Action Heart Team by coach

Running/training tips provided. 
Support/suggestions for raising sponsorship – information leaflets, collecting boxes etc. supplied
